Instructions for Downloading and Viewing a PDF
To properly view a PDF, it is recommended that you download the PDF to your computer first, then open the PDF with Adobe® Acrobat® Reade®, rather than opening it within your Web browser.

For Windows Users To download and Open a PDF:
1. Right click on the link you wish to download. A menu will pop up on the screen.
2. Choose "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..."
3. Choose the location on your computer where you'd like to save the PDF.
4. Click on "Save."
To open a PDF:
1. Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
2. From the "File" menu, choose "Open."
3. Find the location on your computer where you saved the PDF file.
4. Click "Open."
For Macintosh Users To download and Open a PDF:
Click on the link for the PDF download. Your download will begin automatically to your desktop, unless you have previously set your preferences for downloaded files to be saved elsewhere. Or, you can “Control Click” the link for additional options for what to do with the file you’re downloading.
To open a PDF:
Locate the PDF file you just downloaded, and Double Click on it, or open the pdf file in Acrobat Reader if Acrobat is already opened.

Instructions for Downloading and Viewing PowerPoint Files: |
To open and view Microsoft PowerPoint documents, you will need Microsoft's PowerPoint Application, or OpenOffice, a free alternative to Microsoft Office. Macintosh users can use Apple's Keynote application, if you have it. A Mac version of the free OpenOffice suite is available as well.
