Live Support Example:

If live support is enabled, a pop up window displays a form for a visitor to enter a support request. The live support window refreshes every few seconds until the support request appears. The refresh time is set in the settings and can be updated to whatever refresh time you need up to a maximum of 59 seconds.

You can have as many live support windows as you want. The only difference which each URL is the ID number of your department. This is displayed in your admin area.
